There was only one cook during the lunch period and we noticed that at least one person from 2 other tables were waiting for their meal while the rest of the table had been served. One person at the table next to us was served his meal while the other waited at least 10 minutes for his meal to arrive. The one who received his dish first waited for the other person's meal to arrive before he began to eat.
