Amazing service! I love the results, my hair now is shining and soft

Jenny was excellent and I am so happy how my hair looked after treatment and styling.

I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment and was late by 30 minutes. The owner called me speaking rudely, saying I had to pay $27 right away if I wanted to reschedule — even though I was driving. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just basic respect. Funny thing is, the first time I went, they made me wait 40 minutes and I didn’t complain. But when the client is late, there’s zero understanding. I don’t recommend this place — not for the service itself, but for the lack of professionalism and kindness.
