BY Yoga used to be strictly Bikram (hot) but now they offer several different styles. But still in a ver warm to hot room. Not what I wanted, so make sure you’re reading up on the details in the fine print AND on the website. In the end, I was surprised at how much I ultimately enjoyed it! The instructors are witty and top noch! The schedules and levels are varied so you can try the different types to change up your practice. Due to my lack of research, I may have found ‘my’ yoga spot! Namaste

I found the music a bit too loud making it hard to hear the instructor’s hurried directions but it’s not a complete deal breaker.
