Phone manners could be better. Maybe a small acknowledgement that you know someone has come in and that you will be right with them would be good. Also if you could let people know what services you offer or if you have any specials on. I left there not having the slightest clue as to what other services you have.I didn't notice even the slightest improvement on the whiteness of my teeth nor did it show on the chart the girl used. Traffic and weather was terrible that night and my husband was stuck in it so was unable to make the appointment so I went alone and thought maybe considering the circumstances that I might be offered a time for him to make it up. I do realize however that it was an appointment that couldn't be filled but I think those our the times that you could really wow a customer and have them want to give you their business. That's about it.

Very pleasant staff. Prompt service upon arrival. My son was very happy with his teeth whitening procedure. Would recommend to others.

Sometimes I feel like groupons are a bit of a rip off: they seem like a good deal, but when you go, the quality is so poor that sometimes I feel like groupon is not worth it. My experience at Pure Medical and Laser Spa was absolutely top notch....and I keep getting compliments on how great my teeth are! Thank you!
