Our server was friendly & kept coming back to see if we needed anything. The paninis we ordered (4 different kinds) were all very good. We had the large fondue dessert & was large enough for 4 of us. My only problem was the music was a bit loud.

the coffee was not fresh. I would focus your energies on your customer service too. Being friendly is good, but knowing and being intuitive towards the dining experience is better.
