I was told by the manager at the Lexington, KY location on 12/13 that they would not be accepting any Groupons until after the new year due to all portraits for the remainder of the year being considered holiday and were excluded because they were considered a “special event.” The experience was very frustrating and felt scammy.

I recommend showing up early. I enjoyed my experience overall, the people were extremely friendly & helpful with poses. I paid additional 10ish dollars for additional picture. I showed up late & they still took me so 10/10
