About Five Star Tours

At La Jolla Beach, the sea is deep enough to attract big examples of marine life. The odds of seeing a seal are stacked in any visitors' favor, and it never hurts to keep an eye out for rarer creatures, such as whales or centaurs taking a constitutional swim. Wildlife enthusiasts might also enjoy a trip to the world-class zoo, or a stop at Sea World.

Luckily, Five Star Tours can plan excursions to all of these locales by motor coach or van. The company's beach tours hit La Jolla Beach, among other shores, and their attraction-specific tours can focus on Sea World, the zoo, or several other crowd-pleasing spots, including Legoland. Not all the tours have to do with animals, though. Others wind amongst historic city landmarks, pass by local wineries, or escape the city and country altogether for jaunts through Mexico.

Other than having a few unlikable people on the bus who complained and wanted to go home after the first stop. But other than that the bus tour itself was amazing! Wish there was a little more time to walk around and look at everything. But the staff was nice and the whole experience was amazing

Tour guide was knowledgeable and great to tour city with. However this is not the most professional/formal tour. Would say worth it overall, But would imagine others may not like the dirty van or tour guide that smells like cigarettes.

Don't buy the tour "off season." They only go when there are at least 6 people. They call the day ahead and your tour is cancelled and there is no refund. If you are just visiting for a few days, you will not be able to get another date. During the summer months, it is a great deal--but usually not available at a low price during the summer.
