This service-first mentality yields a varied selection of wines, beers, and spirits that can delight any palate. Visitors can taste wines from around the world or sample cool craft beers from about a dozen on tap. These samplings are balanced by a menu focused on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced goods. Dishes include seared Ahi tuna with ginger aioli and wasabi sauce as well as smoked salmon cakes with pineapple salsa or a variety of flatbreads.
