There were no essential oils and they specified that they are a fragnance free facility and asked me to not wear parfume. Why advertise one thing then do something else? I was very uncomfortable as a first time costumer and they didn't make me feel comfortable. They focused on upselling. It would be useful if they had a what to expect or what to do after the treatment literature to read.

I added a $20 coffee treatment. Later the young man asked if he I wanted the last one, free, so it wouldn’t go to waste. I went to pay the $20, and gave him a $100. He tried to charge $58, $29 for each. Then he asked if the rest was for tip, WTH! He tried to guilt me into paying more. I said no, it is $20. Then he said I only have $40 in change, that’s I can give you, and kept an additional $40.
