Top of the Rock, Tempe

My girlfriend and I were celebrating our Anniversary yesterday and decided to try your restaurant since we’ve heard some good things about it. I have to say that it was not as memorable as we had hope for. We had reservations for 7:30 pm and were there right on time and promptly seated since it was not busy at all. It took the server about 15 minutes to finally come get our drink order and another 15 to deliver the drinks, minus the water that we had also asked for, that took an additional 15 minutes, and sad to say, they never came back to refill them, sat empty the entire night. When we were finally able to order our salads (ICEBERG WEDGE) we decided to go ahead and order our main course (PETITE FILET and RIB EYE) so it wouldn’t be too long before they took our order. Our expectations of a “Wedge” salad was just that, a “Wedge Salad” but instead we both got a plate with shredded lettuce with dressing on it. Our steaks were over cooked Both ordered medium and they were “at best” Medium Well. The filet was cut in half and due to size, was already getting cold.
