When I called I was told that the medium area would be part of the face and underarms, but when I got there I had to pay for another voucher. Then the laser burned under my chin pretty badly. This is after 4 days. It looked much worse.

Our detailed vouchers describe the various areas we treat and what classifies for a small/medium/large area. As we were never informed about a possible burn from your procedure. April was amazing, she talked me through the entire process. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about my issues with my skin. I also had a great experience with Debbie who told me about other exciting treatments the Medical Spa has to offer. I would recommend coming in for a consultation and see what they can do for you!

I have started my laser treatment and everyone is so nice. I had so many questions and all of them were answered. The staff is kind and professional and even gave me a sample of cream for irritation. It is all in the details—I was more than pleased.

April did my PRP Microneedling & it was an awesome service. I had one done previously at another location & after having this one performed by April I am even more impressed with the service she provided. She cleansed my face thoroughly & gave me what felt like a mini facial before putting on the numbing cream. The numbing cream they use here is very good. The staff is very welcoming! 💋
