Seven days a week the bowling alley, laser-tag arena, and brightly colored arcade promise family-friendly fun that can last well into the early morning hours—as late as 1 a.m. on select days. To stave off hunger pangs, groups can slide into one of The Summit's cushy booths for a hearty bar and grill menu. And those in need of some fresh air with their made-to-order meal can head out to the patio that overlooks the Rockies.
