Facial left me with infected acne spots. My face is in worse condition than before I went. She also was not very knowledgable about skincare or products. I use a well known professional line and she hadn't even heard of it. If you have normal skin, I'm sure this is a great place for a facial, but if you have any skin issues, I'd go to someone more knowledgable.
