Chiado Restaurant, Toronto

It is always was one of my favorite restaurant . Perfect food . Classic environment .

We have dined at Chiado approximately 10 times in the last 18 months. When we saw the Groupon, naturally we were thrilled. The service with the Groupon was VERY different than the service we normally receive at the restaurant. We were treated very much like second class citizens. We decided then and there we would no longer visit Chiado, regardless of their very fine food...my husband has also done several business events at Chiado and will recommend a different venue in the future.The table beside us, clearly full-paying customers, were treated VERY differently, by the same waiter, than our table. Huge disappointment.

Keep doing what you are doing and well done! Except the little bugs that were coming out of my sugar cup! (I ordered a tea and they brought the tea cup and a cup that had different kind of sugars in it) Please don't share this comment publicly, this was just a feedback to be sent to Chiado.
