On Nov 6, we made a reservation for Nov 9. When we arrived, the place was completely dark. Checked the internet and found it had closed, permanently. How do I get my refund?

The food was good but the service was not. They seemed resentful that we came in with a groupon, which is strange since they decided to offer groupons, and we were treated like second class citizens. The person I assume is the owner was by the bar swearing loudly with his buddy at a TV, which didn't create the best ambiance. At the end of the meal they refused to let us pay with a credit card and would only accept cash. Unfortunately what could have been a really nice meal turned into a very uncomfortable experience.
