they didn’t want to honour it saying they don’t have groupon, the name has changed and it’s old apparently, even though i had called 2 days before to make the appointment and told them i had the groupon.

This coupon is only for an outdated laser machine that they don’t recommend anymore.

Hi Sarah - it is for the MedLite C6 laser, which is the best in it's class - clinics still purchase this laser all the time. There are cases where it is the best choice of laser for our clients. We just happen to have a laser that is even MORE effective at removing tattoos for most cases - the PicoSure laser. We do provide options on how to best remove it, including using the Groupon towards the PicoSure, and offering different pricing options if you want to do more than the three sessions available from Groupon. To our knowledge nobody offers the PicoSure through Groupon. We want our clients to be informed and comfortable with their decision, and rest assured if you're still working with us, we'll look after you.
