The service was excellent however we were literally the only customers in the restaurant for our meal, we came in around 8PM on a Tuesday. We cannot really truly judge the quality of the service because it wasn't busy, but our server seemed well equpi to handle any request.
Even though the Groupon mentioned the values of the food items as a reference we were told that choosing certain appetizers would incur an additional cost. Even though the Grupon stated a $25 value on the appetizer, we could only choose the Appetizers around the $13 value. And there weren't any Appetizers valued at $25 anyways.
Personally I'm very tired of Groupon allowing this casual false advertising from their Sellers on their website, and I'm beginning to feel scammed the more I do business with Groupon.
As for the food, it was alright, but a little dated for the area. The chicken wings were great, but one larger wing was under cooked . The Flat Bread Naan with Pork belly appetizer was a disappointment. They shredded the pork belly and topped it with raw hoisin sauce. The best part about Pork Belly is having a thick meaty portion that melts in your mouth, you do not get this effect when you shred it into small pieces and they didn't seem to understand this with the integrity of the product.
The main entree portion for the Friend Chicken was small, but at least the crust on the drumsticks were excellent and the doneness of the chicken was perfect and juicy. The seasoning was boring however on the chicken breadding and did not stand out at all. The balsamic salad was fresh and appetizing. The honey dip was just honey, so it was boring, and the hot sauce tasted watery but oddly still had some heat to it - needed more seasoning.
The Pan seared Trout was well cooked however they made a huge mistake in not getting enough color/caramilzation on the trout skin, only the edges were slightly crispy. The veggies were perfectly cooked and the mash was excellent - the garnishing of garlic was a nice touch.
The cheesecake was coffee flavoured with an oreo crust. The oreo crust was uneven and bland and the cheesecake filling itself was decent but nothing really stood out.
The Grand Marnier Latte was excellent but could have been hotter. The whip creme on top was generous and was the real thick sort of creme you eat with a spoon, bonus points for baristing this drink. Too bad the milk was not steamed enough because the drink quickly became room temperature. You need to make a drink extra hot when you add a lot of cold whip creme because the cold creme quickly sinks into the coffee.
Overall was a decent experience but unfortunately the Stratosphere doesn't really have any particular food item I really want to go back for. It was a good experience as a restaurant, but a very disapointing Groupon.

Very nice people. Very welcoming and fun. The food was fantastic... really really good that I would go again and again. The groupon was really good. Cause of the appetizer and dessert. Looking to going again. Love it!
