Well to start, I wasn't exactly mpressed with my appointment being given away to someone who came a day early for theirs, then to be given the run around for months afterward about trying to book another appointment and the apparent 'renovation' delays that just ended with no replies from the owner in the end. It's a shame because I was really excited to treat myself and in the end it caused me to waste a lot of time, energy and effort and to end up feeling duped and stressed out!
