I wasn't able to use my promotional Groupon value of ~$11 for 2 burgers before it expired in October. I finally went to W Burger yesterday to use it, and the server Erin said I cannot use my $11 to purchase from their $9.99 daily specials. I said why not? It is the same value as $11 I have in cash right now, so why should you limit what I can buy with $11 in cash? She said she will check with the manager Shawn or Sean on the phone. She came back to say the manager would not allow it. It is ridiculous as $11 that is unused on Groupon should have the same value as any $11 I pay with cash or credit card. I wasn't asking for the original Groupon promotional offer.

Don't use your Groupon past the expiration date of promotional offer because they won't let you order everything on the menu with your Groupon dollars.
