I haven't gotten my Chianti yet as I takes 4-6 wks but the service was great. I was able to select an appointment time to put the yeast in quickly and at my convenience. I even had to change the appointment and did so the same day with no issues. I'm unsure if I can post another review when I receive the wine, if so I will.
