Hi Deanna, as I have told, you the red dots on your eye lid was the markings I made to be able to create the set that is fitted for your eyes. I don't know why it felt to you that I would be putting on and removing your lashes, Also if it was a problem during the service then it would have helped to be told you felt any discomfort, because you did not say anything, you did not give me an opportunity to do anything to make it better for you. As for the styes you got, it is unfortunate that you had to go through that, but it was not caused by anything that I did on my part as I pride myself on cleanliness and client safety. You already told me that you are prone to getting styes. I also recommend that you change your lash cleansing routine because when you came in you had alot of buildup on your lash line which holds a lot of bacteria. I asked if you had cleanser you told me yes, when you came back to have the lashes removed I found out that you in fact you did not have any lash cleanser, so instructions for care was not followed. I have tried working with you to help your situation including reaching out to groupon to have them give you a refund. I apologize you didn't have a good experience, but I wish you well.
