Although the staff is always friendly, the word "slow" does not begin to explain the speed of their service. This is a problem only at the particular Whataburger I used the Groupon at. This is a reoccurring problem at this specific location. I have eaten at several other Whataburger locations, and the service is speedy and the staff is always friendly. The Fultondale, AL Whataburger is truely a disappointment.
