I was frustrated throughout the process of using my Groupon with GA Peach Maids. It took three different calls over a period of two weeks to get a return from my voicemail left to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one arrived at my house or called to say they were running late. Only after making three calls over a period of 45 minutes did I get someone to answer their phone. A new person came after an existing appointment, which ended up being 1 hr 45 minutes after my original appt was scheduled. The job they did was satisfactory, but I will most likely use another service for my next house cleaning.
