During the introductory class, the instructor focuses on basic moves, flow, and choreography. After completing the class, students can attend Foundations-level pole classes for beginners, where they’ll do flexibility and conditioning warmups and learn how to do fundamental spins, climbs, transitions, and floorwork. They can put these skills together to complete a basic dance routine.
Tucson Pole Fitness
Pole fitness is a fun way to express your flirtatious side while getting a great workout. At Tucson Pole Fitness, instructors conduct a variety of fat-blasting, muscle-sculpting, fitness-infused pole-dancing classes on the towering gold poles of their private studio, interspersing routines of spins, tricks, and climbs with high-intensity strength and conditioning exercises. Other classes focus more on the pure artistry of the form, creating routines and honing technique.
