Todd Martin, with the help of his wife Sherry, wakes each morning with a mission to make and serve high quality and delicious tamales. Todd has worked tirelessly to procure high-quality ingredients for these gluten-free tamales. The corn masa, the main ingredient in tamales, is always organic and non-GMO.

The company now has three locations, and inside each one, you'll find a menu with more than 20 tamale choices. In addition to the “traditional” tamales most people have been raised with, Tucson Tamale enjoys mixing it up and discovering amazing new tamale flavors, like the vegan yellow curry tamale with organic vegetables and roasted potatoes or a Thanksgiving tamale with fresh roasted turkey, cranberry, onion, celery and carrots wrapped in an amazing sage masa (available November and December). With a full selection of meat, vegetarian, and vegan tamales, both traditional and unique, there is sure to be a tamale that fits any guests taste.
