If PetSmart grooming is 3 stars, this one is definitely 5 stars! My dog is super shy and super drama king without me, but these groomers are wonderful! They handle my dog very well! And for the second time, my dog shake tail and was happy to see them!!! Different with petsmart because my dog reacted super afraid of them.
