The man at the front desk didn't like that I had a Groupon. He asked when I bought it and immediately said that they're not supposed to be selling them. I felt uncomfortable right away but since I was already there I stayed to receive the service that I paid for. The experience with the tech was nice. As I left the front desk guy repeated that they no longer do Groupon. Not happy with that.

A young man was assigned to do my manicure and pedicure. Having had experience with being a customer of a few salons in Los Angeles, I expected certain protocols to be followed. He said I did not have to soak my nails before he worked on them, and had to be reminded to put cream on my hands and also my feet after my nails had been trimmed.

I really liked the service my daughter and I received at Z Nail Salon. The manicure and pedicure were really well done and the recommendation from the tech really worked. My polish lasted avoer two weeks.
