The food was so good we decided to have desert or a smoothiel. When we asked our waitress for a menu, she became curt and cold. She offered ony a "to-go" menu and seemed upset to have to redo our reciept. FYI, she had not asked "if there was anything else" as we both are accustomed to in restaurants. Seems to me additional ordering is additional money and additional tips for her. This was the only unpleasant part of our experience.
