It’s my first time doing Bikram Yoga and I was so nervous. Roxy was my instructor and she was very encouraging and Tierney was very friendly. The first class was hard but I’m definitely going back due to the positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Great instructor, easy to follow instructions and helpful tips during the class. Supportive environment. Lovely studio space.

Great instructors, really take care of you especially if you are a beginner.

This poor business is closed without letting customers know. Last time I went to class was last Thursday, they didn't say anything about 'moving', actually closing. Today I went for class, they closed and when I called , no one answers phone. I request refund. It is stealing money.
