Groupon expired too soon, but we got our paid value no problem at all. Kal Tire on 8th street has always had the best, quickest and friendliest service - been going there for repairs for many years!
Busy but efficient
Tried to get a deal on tires without a wheel alignment and they wouldn't give it to me so I went elsewhere. It's their policy to put that in their deal whether you want it or not. They say it's for your safety and the warranty. I say it's for your money.
Great TEAM work at Sooke Rd. location! Wonderful courteous service, I always feel welcome no matter what the problem is or for that matter what time it is. As a woman I never second guess myself in going there, they only do what is needed and give advise on other issues (things I may want to watch for etc). I always share my experiences with my friends and in this case it's all GOOD :-)
There were 2 young men at the front that were absolutely accommodating and did just what I requested, and I felt that I could trust them, that they weren't trying to upsell like the other fellows.
My MPV feels like new car after the 4 wheel alignment was completed. Runs straight and no pull.
Portage Ave location could not perform an alignment on my car "because they didn't know the code" yet the Rte 90 location was able to do it the next day no problem.
Should institute some form of loyalty program where frequent customers enjoy discounts.
Sales representative was very helpful and assisted me in finding the right tires. Great service and good selection.
