Had great fun. It was worthy driving to Langley.

A fun class, new ways to explore new flavours. HIGHLY recommend taking Transit/taxi to the class, as you’re drinking a lot!! Unfortunately, the guy teaching the class had a really foul mouth. Every sentence included the f-word, and he said that he “didn’t care if we liked his language or not, it was him teaching the class, not the owner.”

Great teacher. Fun and interactive. Learned some cool tips and tricks

The instructor was a cool guy but the class was cheap, unsanitary and a waste of time for the most part. Asking if 20 strangers mind sharing the same drink, squeezing lemons and limes and dropping them into drinks after shaking 20 peoples hands with out washing them and throwing the ice shovel handle in the bucket without using gloves are just a few of the unsanitary things in the class. We spent over half an hour going over everyone's names and showing how to cut a lime. After being taught that white rum is inferior to an amber or gold rum we immediately starting mixing drinks with white rum as our only option. Using a pre bought mix after being told it is also inferior to using the real stuff was also frustrating. We walked out feeling that we learned very little and that the craft cocktail knowledge we had hoped to of gained, was instead a long and basic lesson that could of been learned on youtube in half the time. Would not recommend.
