the Park Royal location has been very short of toppings these last few visits , the toppings bar was very messy, and the toppings were all mixed in with the fruit so my daughter who has an allergy couldn't even get the fruit toppings because they were all contaminated, there was no ice for the take out container, and no lids for the med sized cups either. VERY DISAPPOINTED, have been going there for years since it's opened and it's NEVER been like this! Messing, and not stocked at all!!!

Try the lime flavor, it's delicious ! The staff are always so patient and helpful. It's very nice to be treated so well as a customer.
