Though flickering candles perch atop Room 18 Restaurant's working marble fireplace and amber-hued lights accent its exposed-brick walls, the ambiance here is casual. True to the bar and eatery's name, the menu is adorned with at least 18 types of wings at all times, such as indian tandoori and jamaican jerk—the favourite flavour of head chef Jeff. Burgers made from prime rib, veggies, and chicken join four hearty pizzas on the menu, which is also peppered with a selection of Cajun-infused dishes such as jambalaya and Cajun chicken fettuccini. When they’re not checking out the game on one of six TVs, visitors sip cocktails and throw back expertly mixed concoctions from the shot menu.
