I called 2 days prior to my groupon expiring and they were booked. I spoke with the manager who said there was nothing she could do and I could use my value towards their service but not receive the groupon value. This is poor service.

The sound of the laser machine working in the vacinity was very irritating and they are next door to a dance studio where you can hear their music playing since my appointment was in the evening.

Manicurist was too aggressive in cutting back my cuticles. As a result she hurt one of my toes and one of my nails was a bit swollen near cuticle and a tiny bit of blood on it. I would prefer no cuticle cut at all.
