The photographer was nice and we got the family photo we wanted but they really push sales of more photos and are not flexible when it comes to you looking at all the pictures and deciding what you want. They insist that they know how to help you select pictures and it takes the time it takes, and if you say you do t have the time they ask you to come back another time - take your pictures hostage and you have no choice but to listen to their pitch. Also not too impressed that they deleted photos we took just before the pandemic lockdowns started before we had a chance to order pictures.

Had to go back several times for touch ups . Overall good time management for pictures but at the end for all the trouble of going back and forth because of the blurry touch ups, I still got charged for the original pictures .

I was no happy with this deal. The place is great for photography and worked well with my daughter but I ended up spending $200 (which is the basic set) in order to get more than the 1 picture. That is way more than I was willing to spend on pictures but didn't want to walk away with just one picture after so much time.

We get our family portraits done at Magenta studios every year. The entire family looks forward to it, such a great experience and amazing results!
