Very difficult to get an appointment . They cancelled on me 2 times and I lost Manet on 2 waxing coupons , because I had to fly to Europe for family emergency .probably one of the worst deal I ever both on the net !

Half hour late for first appointment of the day. Staff that were present were rude and did not even attempt to smooth things over. The excuse was that the individual fell asleep and was late for the 9:30 a.m. appointment - first appointment of the day. Also with 3 services provided with this groupon, the service was not consistent - made me exfoliate my own hands two times and did not even provide the exfoliater the first time.
