What a great place. I was welcomed by the owner and instructor as well as all of the other clients. Let me tell you,the workout was amazing. It really pushed me and made me work hard! The next two days I was extremely sore. No pain no gain !!! I have been back twice since and plan on utilizing my month and then I will probably join!!

The Studio class was like having a knowledgeable, professional, personal trainer. The workout was steller. I received encouragement and was pushed just enough, with some moves I didn't think I could do but DID! I have worked out at numerous gyms and The Studio is so far and above any gym there is no comparison.

I was a little nervous about this studio. All the reviews were glowing reviews but for someone who does not workout, going to a place like this can be intimidating. I signed up for their first two classes free and then purchased the unlimited monthly Groupon. I was welcomed and everyone in the classes have been very nice. The instructors modified the workouts to accommodate my medical needs.
