Yes, Sweet Bones needs to improve their health score. I believe it was 67 the last time we were there. Luckily, I didn't see it prior to eating our food. Otherwise, I would've turned around at the door. I would be happy to come back once the score improves as you get a lot of food for the money and the sweet potato muffins are great.
