From aquatics to martial arts, Courts Plus's troupe of trainers help their members and guests hone lean physiques, and a large gym boasts 70 pieces of cardio equipment, 38 strength-training machines, and impressively accurate mirrors. Youth programs abound as well, including summer camps, junior tennis lessons, and a strength-training program customized for ages 6–15.

I bought the wall climbing groupon for my 8 yr old. Figured I'd take him and a friend. When I got around to going I'd forgot that it was for 2 people so I took my son by himself. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. One of the women at the front desk gave my son a pass to come back. The wall climbing room was smaller than it looks online but he really enjoyed hihimself. Some routes were easy for him and others were a real challenge. Overall, a nice experience. Will definitely go back.

The kids had a great time. Cody, the instructor was very friendly, helpful and informed about the rock climbing walls it was a great time
