I bought the wall climbing groupon for my 8 yr old. Figured I'd take him and a friend. When I got around to going I'd forgot that it was for 2 people so I took my son by himself. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. One of the women at the front desk gave my son a pass to come back. The wall climbing room was smaller than it looks online but he really enjoyed hihimself. Some routes were easy for him and others were a real challenge. Overall, a nice experience. Will definitely go back.
It was great! We will definitely go again.
The kids had a great time. Cody, the instructor was very friendly, helpful and informed about the rock climbing walls it was a great time
need better ventilation in the Rock Climbing Room. Smells like B.O. really bad.
I wish there would have been a better description about this place. My boyfriend and I felt pretty stupid when we arrived and saw all these little kids there. The staff in the climbing area were horrible. When we first walked in to the climbing area, they just stared at us and didn't ask what we were there for or offer to set us up. Finally, one girl reluctantly walked over. The girl we had helping us was extremely quiet and awkward, she did not explain anything or give any climbing recommendations for beginners. We left after 15 minutes. She didn't help us get out of our climbing gear, either. Just stared at us and made us feel very uncomfortable.
Great climbs, challenging. Good feedback from staff. Looking forward to returning.
The instructors were young adults who didn't help much to improve my experience there. This was the first time I have tried indoor rock climbing which I told to the instructor and he didn't give me any tips/guidance until I presented him with my questions. The instructor was not attentive at times because he was conversing with the other instructor in the room while I was climbing the wall. I plan not to come back to Courts Plus.
If there were a lot of people, it was cramped, but the instructors were good and paid attention and weren't lazy. Our kids did the climbing and they had a lot of fun.
The facility was really nice and the staff was very friendly!
very nice facility, friendly staff, family oriented. kids had a great time and we'll definitely go back.
