Only PT owned gym catering to all walks of life. We have our certified instructors create exercise programs targeting all levels of fitness- from beginner to experienced and from young to old!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We try to develop different exercise programs that are fun, new, and challenging. Our goal is to never make you do the same regimen twice! Come and check out what PILATES and VB Daily Ultimate Training (VBDUT) are all about!!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to provide a space that bridges the gap between physical therapy rehabilitation and everyday life.

What do you love most about your job?
The people! Meeting new friends and creating relationships that last a lifetime. No two patients or clients are alike, so we haven't worked the same day twice!
