Thailand. China. Japan. The chefs at Volcano Sushi incorporate flavors from across Asia—and a few from Asian-American cuisine—to fill out their extensive menu, which spans from hot entrees to sushi. Whether a plate is hot or cold, it's most likely spicy: the restaurant is called Volcano Sushi, after all. Chefs rub the flaming spicy chicken breast in chili powder and stir-fry it with garlic, green onion, and ginger. They also prepare a handful of spicy rolls, filled with yellowtail, scallops, shrimp, or conch.

There is one place to cool down at Volcano Sushi: the bar. Bartenders pour martinis, cocktails, and sake shooters that chill palates without the hassle of finding a glacier to lick.
