I had an excellent experience with my body wrap. All of the people I worked with we're very nice and very professional. I appreciate that particularly because I am also a healthcare professional. I highly recommend this company. And I was very pleased that I did have favorable results from my wrap.

I did not use my Groupon yet but it marked as used. Who did that?

I have called the massage place now 4 times since THEY canceled my appointment that was scheduled for July 13 at 4 p.m. because they didn't have a masseuse on staff. The first two times, I got a recording and left a message. It was during normal business hours but the recording stated they were with other customers and to leave your name and number and someone would reach back out. The third time I spoke with a girl. I told her that I wanted to schedule a massage. She told me that there was no one available with the schedule at the time. She took my name and number and promised to call me back. I never heard from anyone. Today I called back again and got the machine. I left a message asking to speak with the manager and that I had called three previous times with no return phone call. It’s 3:42 and I’ve heard nothing. I have called back again since but still…voice mail. I truly believe that we have been ripped off with this Groupon. If you recall, when they canceled my appointment in July (after I drove to the facility), I was told that I could never get another 4 p.m. massage as they were having massage therapist issues (short-staffed) and that I had to be there before noon and on certain days (I forget what they were now). I can’t get an appointment because they don’t answer their phone and they don’t return phone calls. More and more time continues to pass. Worst of all, the Groupon shows up as redeemed!!

I had a terrible rash that lasted about a week after my session there. It was awful and very uncomfortable.
