I ask for blond highlights and my hair it’s grey as an old lady. So disappointed! They even charge me extra money bc they said the offer on group on it isn’t enough to do the highlight (why they put a offer here then?) I had to go in another hair salon to fixed it (which I expend another $130 but and finally came out great!
