Comes off as polite but she is quite deceitful, which equals FAKE. She redeemed my Groupon when I was minutes away (17 mins late) and told me she's unavailable to do my hair tomorrow after cancelling on me, though she had offered it to me just 4 hrs earlier. She then concocts an elaborate story about being in pain and won't be better til Jan. 17th, a whole 12 days away. Everyone knows you can't wait almost 2 weeks to get your hair done. Thankfully, Groupon saw it as theft and refunded my money. There has to be a better way Ma'am. May honesty find you.

Nae was extremely professional and gave great insight to me about my hair’s condition, from start to finish. I loved my silk press and plan on visiting Nae again soon!!
