There was a 50$ charge on top of the Groupon price. Then he failed my brand new car, told me not to call the dealer but to just “drive the car around” and then come back to him. He was patronizing, aggressive, rude and frightening. Do NOT go to this place. I’m reporting him to the state. Groupon should not be dealing with this person. It tainted the entire Groupon experience for me.

Tried calling the number on the Groupon three times and left a message twice trying to confirm an appointment. Each time my call went straight to voicemail. I also sent a email via the request quite feature in their website. It also was never returned. Was failed due to cat and oxygen sensors not being ready but when I checked with my code scanner they both were. Beware of this business, shady.

Really awful experience. We called to make our appt to get the smog done on our car. Several calls went unanswered and when we finally got through to a live person, he said he didn’t have time and we should call back next week. We called back the following week and the week after that to get the appt. he finally said we could come at 11:30 on this past Saturday. I arrived 20 min early and was told to come back in an hour. I asked if I could just wait and he said he could squeeze me in. I was told it would take an hour. There was no place to sit and wait unless you brought your own chair. I walked to the nearby park so I could at least sit on a bench in the shade. When I went back in an hour, it still wasn’t done. The price was ok with the Groupon but honestly I would have gladly paid full price somewhere else. Don’t go here.

They relied upon the fine print in the Groupon to charge an additional $28.50 beyond the Groupon price.
