I wanted to enjoy this experince-but from the get-go it was a DISASTER. I could never get ahold of anyone to book the appoitment before the groupon expired. So by the time I complained to groupon all I could do was use the value of the deal. Took several weeks to get a date, then I learned that the business had moved (the address is incorrect on google). So when I rescheduled again, I couldnt get into her building and waited for 20 minutes to get in. So long story short is that I ended up with a VERY rushed 30-minute treatment (was supposed to be a 50 minute hot stone) after a super frustrating booking experince. Clarissa is very nice, but could definitely use some front office help.
