I can't go back because the oil change business in Madison, Wi went out of business.

The steam cleaning left a lot of moisture inside car. Recommend to keep windows cracked and explain that it will take several days to dry. The excessive moisture caused my in dash information center to stop working.

I made an appt one week in advance to get my car detailed at the Madison location. It was for 10 a.m. and they also offered me an oil change. I said yes and they said my car would be ready at 2;00 p.m. and would call when it was ready. At 2:45 I called them - not ready, another half hour. I called at 3:15 - they wanted another hour. I said no and asked them to pick me up as my ride had disappeared. They said they would be there at 3:30. At 3:45 I called and they said they were just leaving now. I was picked up at 4:00. My car was detailed but they hadn't done the oil change and asked me to wait another half hour. I said No - they had my car over six hours. They said they got busy, but they put their priority with the walk in customers, not the ones paying for more expensive services . I won't be back.
