This was really a nice way to see Central Park as a first time visitor. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend it if you want a nice overview of the park and a little exercise.
It was easy and fun! I would totes do it again!
About the customer service: really poor. The guy who attended us didn’t say hello even after I said HELLO thre times.
I bought the service via Groupon and this guy didn’t show any kind of interest in helping me with the voucher process.
When I asked about some route recomendations he was playing the fool as he didn’t understand.
About the bikes: my bike was ok, but my partner’s didn’t stop very well (the brakes were not working).
We took our 4 hour tour and we run out of light half way before returning. LIGHT’S ON THE BIKE SHOULD BE MANDATORY. People didn’t see us in the dark.
THE 4 hours tour was perfect time for giving a full tour around Central Park.
The bikes were in great shape and the counter people were very kind and helpful!
Great way to see Central Oark!!
Gave me a bike without an adjustable seat and didn’t offer to adjust it
Easy to find, good equipment, helpful staff and good price, would use them again and recommend to anyone. Completely upfront and efficient team. 👍🏽
The price was right, but the actual rental location at Columbus Circle was about 2 long blocks away from the park entrance, and unless you want to ride there in heavy traffic you end up walking the bikes on the sidewalk which takes 10 or 15 minutes each way. Otherwise, had a great time while riding and the bikes were fine.
Great staff, short walk to the park.
Needs to be longer so yiu can actually walk to look st some of the sites.
Maybe groups a little smaller would mean less waiting.
