They were super nice and park my vehicle upfront so it was easy to retrieve I definitely recommend this deal

What a disaster. I will say that the end was better than the beginning. We showed up to this 24/7 garage at 5pm on a Sunday. When I got out of the car with my family the attendant said “you have to be back by 7pm”, he did not know I had a Groupon, so to him, I was a regular customer. I told him we had dinner a couple of blocks away and he said “You must pick up the car by 7pm or else”. I asked “or else what?” His response was one of the most unprofessional ones I’ve ever heard, “or else it will be moved to the street and double parked.” What a complete unprofessional miserable human being. Anyway, we left the car, and the anxiety while eating dinner wondering if the car was going to be there if we missed the 7pm deadline was unwarranted. In the end, we came back at around 830, the car was parked legally in their driveway, and it felt so good when he tried to make us pay $45 and I showed him the Groupon for $25. I’m tempted to contact the BBB and report them. If anything the company should fire that employee for horrible customer service and for being out right rude and aggressive. All in all, we will never be parking here again. I’ll pay the extra to park at an icon lot.

As soon as we arrived, we were informed they do not take Groupon. When we barked back that the address is on the voucher, it was reluctantly accepted on 8/21/21. Additionally, this is an indoor garage tied to a building which is not what the screenshot tied to the voucher reflects.
