Where was the Zen experience? As written in the website: welcomed with a choice of teas, hot towels to freshen up, soft soothing music, aromatic atmosphere, goggles with a movie or TV show, and a goodie bag with toothbrush , paste and floss. NOTHING

I visited the 57th st. office. Dr. Abuja wasn't even there. The procedure was handled by assistants. I could have then just gone to any other dental office if it was only technicians were to interact with me! The dental pack was v poorly installed. The gel leaked into my gums which burned me v badly. That is just poor execution and unacceptable. Finally, I received conflicting advise from 2 different technicians who worked on me. The 1st one disappeared after installing the pack in my teeth for some reason. I would not recommend Zen to anyone. This is just a money making operation.

Totally Inefficient ! I went there for a cleaning, filling my teeth and whitening it. All 3 I was explained by the receptionist over the phone that will be done same day of my apointment, I went there, dr. Lippmann gave me a bad cleaning, and told me I have to make another apointment to do the other 2. I told her, the clerk told me something else, Lippmann repond: she doesn't know who told me that, but she have other pacient waiting for her so, I have to make another apointment. Also I remember the receptionist dress code wasn't that profetional, she was wearing a top were her breast was very noticeable.

Overall pleasant experience
